Team-Building Through Songwriting

What is it?

Teambuilding through songwriting is an interactive, inclusive experience led by a highly skilled songwriter. Your group will brainstorm ideas together, collaborate on a lyric and structure a song about your organization, and then perform the final product. It’s fun…it’s no-holds-barred…it’s challenging…it’s hilarious…it’s a bonding experience…and in the end, it’s immensely satisfying. Participants walk away with a re-awakened creative approach for problem-solving, a strengthened connection with their co-workers, and an inspired appreciation for both their own identity within the team and the significance of the organization as a whole.

How Does it Work?

Victoria is available for events held locally in Nashville, but she also provides online or on-site sessions. A session lasts from 2 to 4 hours and accommodates a group of up to 30 people. For groups over 30, Victoria assembles a team of professional songwriters to lead subgroups in breakout writing sessions before reuniting the entire group for song performances.

“Victoria is just incredibly talented in many ways, but to EXTRACT that kind of creativity was a miracle…hilarious and worthy of some bragging rights! Everybody was talking about it throughout the remainder of the afternoon, and I highly suspect some of them might try their hand at songwriting in the future”. - Kris Southard (Ulbrich Stainless Steel)

Our group had a fantastic time. It was a great experience!” - Irfanali Moledina (The Wolfpack Entrepreneurs Organization)
